Commissions
The artists invite collectors to join them in expressing desires and meaningful connections. Commissions are the way to customize your artwork to reflect collaborating and personalization with the artists. This strengthens the emotional connection of the work to the collector. SFA offers various levels of involvement with the artwork across the Metallaverse.
Personalizing SFA Originals
Connections personal to the collector are merged by the artists with their vision. Previous SFA artwork can be customized for an individual collector. Additionally an entirely original creation can be made containing hidden symbols and messages specific to the collector. This is a collaboration of the collector and SFA throughout for both design, concept and lighting.
"Grey Mind Matters", reflects the collector's desire to express unification of the quantum realm and astro plane. The energy symbols imbedded into this work metaphorically combine these elements together with the artists' vision.
Original Work from Collectors Imagery
Collector's imagery and or ideas for imagery can be used as the focal design element for a custom Metalagram artwork. A single image or a combination of multiple images can be used. SFA will work with the collector to achieve the desired result, including use of color and other elements. If desired, SFA can include the collector in part of the hands on creative art making.
This work was made from a collector's painting of ice cubes in a glass. SFA reinterpreted the collector's painting to include dynamic elements, bringing sublime energy to the work. The collector collaborated with the artists in making part of the hands on metal work.
Custom Metalamix
SFA makes custom work using their Metalamix process. Similar to other commission work the collector can share ideas and concepts with SFA, frequently using an original SFA work as base layer.
This commissioned work, "It's Going On Christmas", was created from a previous Metalamix work featuring Christmas theme design.
Custom Metalamirror
SFA makes commissioned Metamirror work for the ultimate in personalization. A primal feature of Metalamirror is the inclusion of reflections into the work. To heighten this experience, custom design merges the artists vision with the collector's. The collector can also manipulate objects in the environment to be reflected into the artwork. Part of the customization includes framing options. Accordingly, the Metalamirror provides the highest level of customization both in merging design of the work and inclusion of environment.
Using imagery from the collector's wedding photographs taken at the Detroit Institute of Art, SFA created an original composite resonating with the collectors. SFA used this composite to create the commissioned Metalamirror.
